Refund Policy

1) Refunds are issued only within the first 5 days of a new payment cycle, subject to the Rivendale Management’s Discretion.

2) All subscribers/Parents of the students need to evaluate the demo class before making a decision on enrolling their child. No Refunds will be issued based on unsatisfactory performance of the child.

3) No refunds will be issued if the parents decide to withdraw their child from the classes after first 5 days of classes.

4) All kinds of disputes for Refunds are at the Discretion of Rivendale Management and their decision is final.
